Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Hridyesh AI Store. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please read this policy carefully before buying.

Digital products

Our products are downloadable digital goods delivered immediately after payment. As a result, once a product has been delivered and/or downloaded, it is generally non-refundable. However, we will happily review refund requests in the cases below.

When you are eligible for a refund

• Non-delivery - You paid but did not receive access to the product and we are unable to deliver it.
• Major defect / not as described - The product is significantly different from its description or is unusable, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• Duplicate or accidental charge - You were charged more than once for the same order.

Eligible refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

When a refund does not apply

• Change of mind after the product has been downloaded.
• Lack of the skills, software or hardware required to use the product, where these are stated on the product page.

How to request a refund

Email contact@hridyesh.com with your order ID and the reason for your request. We review every request fairly and will reply within 1–2 business days.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to appear.

Cancellations

As products are one-time digital purchases delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once delivered. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before initiating a dispute and we will help resolve it.
